Thankful Thursday 9/11
This past week has been a living example of Gods love for us, in spite of our brokenness, in the Johnson household. Obviously, marriage is difficult and requires constant intentionalness (that's a word, right!?) but I don't think we knew how much effort would be required this early on. After lots of conversation, prayer, more conversation, tears, and a few sleepless nights we're back on track and I'm even more thankful for this crazy broken life I've been blessed with!
I'm thankful for Fall wreaths coming out of the closet.
Spontaneous date nights and giant doggy bags
Homemade fig newtons...again
Blueberry pancake bites that complete the perfect Saturday morning
Making my first homemade pie dough and loving that there isn't a bit left!
New babies brought into the world by best friends, new friendships, apple everything, Dunkin pumpkin iced coffee, remembering September 11th and the loss of so many, and starting a new Bible study with women who I hope will leave a lasting mark in my life.
What are you thankful for this Thursday?
